How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Or submit a refund request through your account dashboard

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Any request made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Software does not perform as described
  • Compatibility issues with your hardware that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Subscription Renewals

For annual subscription renewals:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged
  • If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund
  • You will retain access to the Software until the end of your paid period

Free Trial

Our free trial does not require a credit card. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.
