Subscription Renewals
For annual subscription renewals:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged
- If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund
- You will retain access to the Software until the end of your paid period
Free Trial
Our free trial does not require a credit card. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.
